The mum of Britain's largest family has revealed her kids' beloved playpark has been demolished over safety concerns. Sue Radford, who is mum to 22 children, shared the disappointing news about their impressive park built just three years ago with her 517k followers on social media.

It comes just a few weeks after Sue, 48, and husband Noel, 52, returned from their lavish holiday to Miami, Florida with 20 of their children, reports the Mirror.

The 'park' - erected beside their Morecombe mansion in May 2020 - had a mud kitchen, a swing set, a climbing frame, a slide and a treehouse. Colourful children's tepees and a waterpark were also added to create a truly unique recreational setting.

Sue took to Instagram to post a photo of the empty garden after the park was dismantled. "We are going to be replacing it, it’s had to come down as it wasn’t safe for the kids to play on,” she added, highlighting her despair with a crying emoji.

On their YouTube channel, their loyal fan base were given an insight into assembling the fancy outdoor space with their TWO DAY PARK BUILD' vlog.

The luxury innovation at their Morecambe mansion included a wraparound outdoor seating area for Sue and Noel to relax and they even had a £26k hot tub air-lifted by a crane into the garden back in 2022.

Sue and Noel are the proud parents to Chris, 34; Sophie, 29; Chloe, 28; Jack, 26; Daniel, 24; Luke, 23; Millie, 22; Katie, 20; James, 19; Ellie, 18; Aimee, 17; Josh, 16; Max, 14; Tillie, 13; Oscar, 11; Casper, 11; Hallie, eight; Phoebe, seven; Archie, six; Bonnie, four; and three-year-old Heidie.

The huge family bought a four-storey former care home in Morecambe, for £240,000 nearly 20 years ago, to accommodate their large brood. In June, Sue hit back at the criticism she and Noel have faced for having such a large family.

"I think it's just that you know or you don't possibly you can't possibly pay for all of those children," she said in a YouTube video, after being asked to address misconceptions about their life.

"I think that people don't kind of realise that we don't just have the bakery we have like obviously we have YouTube and the TV program and there's all different kinds you know it's not just one income there."
