Meghan Markle is reportedly searching for projects to work on alone without her husband.

Despite looking for solo projects, the Duchess of Sussex is said to have Prince Harry's full and unwavering support as she takes a "step away" from their joint brand.

The career move could potentially see the former actress make millions of dollars reports the Mirror. It comes following the news that the estranged royal couple's £20million podcast deal recently crumbled.

The shocking blow of losing out on the Spotify deal is said to have inspired the 41-year-old to step away from her husband to establish her own brand and reignite her solo career, separate from Harry.

Meghan recently took the decision to sign with Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavour. The top agency has represented major stars including Dwayne Johnson, Adele, and tennis player Serena Williams.

"Meghan feels she'll have better success if she takes the time to work on projects alone without Harry - even though he always gives her his full support," a source told Bella magazine.

The source also claimed that the new deal "is about making Meghan a power player in Hollywood" in her own right.

Both Meghan and Harry have recently carried out various solo engagements with Harry attending the King's Coronation alone. The Duchess' career shift comes amid reports that she may now be open to more commercial opportunities.

Recent reports have claimed she could be in with a chance of representing French fashion house Dior and her lifestyle blog The Tig could be making a comeback six years after she shut it down to enter royal life.

"She's already one of the most talked about and photographed people so maximising her profit and aligning herself with these brands is a very lucrative step," brand and culture expert Nick Ede said.

It's thought the Duchess could "command millions" of dollars by harnessing the power of her influence on fans and consumers.

Prince Harry also seems busy with his own projects as well with the royal reportedly set to make his grand return to Africa for a new documentary with Netflix.

He's said to be venturing into the project without his wife Meghan Markle, in the next phase of their £77million deal with the world-famous streaming service.
