QUINTUS ARRIUS (4.15) can take command on another cracking Sunday Series fixture at Hamilton. Kevin Ryan’s horse built on some solid efforts when narrowly denying Saracen Head at Newcastle. He stayed upwardly mobile when chined by the exciting Ertebat on his handicap bow at Pontefract. The speedster clearly has a bright future in this sphere so he can triumph for his thriving handler.

MOONSTONE BOY (3:45) can sparkle for Iain Jardine in the Sunday Series Maiden Stakes. The Dumfries raider looked a good prospect when third to Balon D'or on debut at Musselburgh. The colt improved again when a good second to the fast-rising Love Billy Boy at the same venue. The juvenile is open to plenty more progress so he should one better for his in-form connections.

The Yorkshire Ace can also bag the Sunday Series Mile Handicap with SHALADAR (5:15) The four-year-old ended last term with a respectable second to Poet's Lady at Nottingham. The gelding kept up the good work when chasing home Maysong on his return at Redcar. The son of Shalaa should be primed so he can cash-in on an inviting mark dropped in class.

MY LITTLE QUEENS (4:45) can reign for Richard Fahey in a competitive fillies’ handicap. The mare looked better than ever when comfortably downing Angels Landing at Chelmsford. The grey ran another blinder when giving Vallamorey most problems back on Turf at Doncaster. The five-year-old remains in peak form so she can gain compensation in another strong contest.

THE THIN BLUE LINE (5:45) can lay down the law for Keith Dalgleish in the sprint handicap. The five-year-old seemed to lose his way after scoring gamely at Wolverhampton in December. The gelding hit back with a vengeance when routing Abduction in a similar race at Musselburgh. The speedster scored with plenty in hand so he can defy a lenient 3lb hike on this stiffer track.

CAPTAIN HADDOCK ( 6:15 ) can pay for a few rounds by claiming the staying contest. Heather Main’s horse held his form well after his close second to Haizoom in last year’s running. The gelding put in his best shift since when edged out by Clansman on his comeback at Newbury. The six-year-old should be fighting fit so he can finally land this nice prize off an attractive mark.

DERRY LAD (6:45) can take full advantage of a shrewd piece of placing by Kevin Coleman. The gelding was totally out of his depth in some high-class contests over hurdles during the Winter. However, he was a terrific second to the progressive Brave Troop back on the level at Down Royal. The five-year-old remains fairly-treated so he can see off some useful opponents back over 1m 4f.

SYSTEMIC (3:15) rates the best of Gary Moore’s squad in the Julie Brown Hurdle at Plumpton. The gelding took another step forward when second to the talented Galata Bridge at Huntingdon. The six-year-old likes this venue so he can extend his trainer’s winning streak in a weaker contest.

QUEENS ROCK (3:50) looks regal for Harry Fry in the Weatherbys Hurdle Series Final. The mare showed the benefits of wind surgery when slamming Maid On The Moon at Doncaster. That race is working out extremely well so this bold-galloper can strike again for her in-form yard.
