An intensely liberal nudist resort where guests are free to engage in activities whenever and wherever they want has revealed how creeps are dealt with.

The Sea Mountain Nudist Resort and Spa, which has locations in Las Vegas and Palm Springs, has banned single men. And owner Dewey Wohl, who opened the resort with his wife Julie 20 years ago, said the move was essential.

He said: "There's never single men there. A guy is much less likely to act out or become an a** if he's with his girlfriend or his wife, or his partner, his soulmate. Guys are pretty creepy but they can't wander off and just be in the hot tub by themselves or something.

"When you put them with a partner, their behaviour changes."

The Mirror reports he told the Daily Star that most guests are civil and respect rules like the ban on the touching staff, and all sexual activities within the resort must also be fully consensual.

But he does admit that jealousy between nude couples can be a common problem, especially when there's alcohol involved. He said arguments between couples are usually short-lived due to its naked nature.

He explained: "It's hard enough to fight with your spouse, mate, but to do it naked in front of other people, that's even more appalling."

The resort is such a hit with guests, thanks to its free-spirited attitude, sunny location and non-stop partying, that's seen it dubbed a 'Disneyland for adults'.

People with an "open sense of sexuality" can party naked all night long in the resort's 24-hour dance club, which has a dress code of lingerie or less.

Couples regularly mingle in the mineral pools together and can have a relaxing smoke at the raunchy retreat, which is even cannabis friendly, while visitors must wear no more than their underwear - if anything at all.

And the sex magnate has claimed the resort often helps save marriages.

He explained: "When people leave they cry. I cannot tell you how many times couples say, 'You say you saved our marriage. We weren't feeling hot, we weren't feeling sexy, thank you.'

"And I see them coming back year after year and they're always like 'Julie, Dewey, thank you oh my god this has helped our relationship so much'. I like that, it feels like you're doing something positive instead of something smarmy and pornographic and dirty."

In the past few years naturism has enjoyed a renaissance in the UK, with many people converting to the cause in their gardens during lockdowns. They then continued the hobby once society was fully back up and running.

In Germany the pastime of whipping off your clothes and embracing the day has been an integral part of the culture for decades, and is known as Freikoerperkultur, or 'free body culture'.

One of Europe's most luxurious nude spas can be found in Berlin. Vabali Spa in Berlin promises to offer "a peaceful space to reunite body, soul and spirit"; one that will "leave a lasting impression".

The spa has become popular with the city's young population on Saturday and Sunday mornings, when crowds flock out of Berlin's clubs looking for a place to relax and sweat the previous night's excesses away without any clothes on.
